Through the mountainous landscape and bitter cold everyone hides to hibernate for the winter. Streets are empty and cathedral on the hill becomes vacant. Silence hits until I start to hear voices in my head. The voices of the dead, the voices driving me mad. (large size map)

You definitely have a good handle on the terrain editor, you should look at maps by Spiff like DM-Requiem and DM-Eire (both have an "SE" version). Also Shudder Creek by Salvation. These are in my opinion the finest DM terrain style maps there are. Eire and shudder show you how to make terrain that is not so steep it can not be walked up, or the layout and flow makes it quick and easy to get around the parts that are too steep. Requiem shows you that even a map with very steep terrain when combined with launch pads can be very action packed and extremely fun to play.

Your outdoor area has player starts that seem to be miles away from a weapon base and trapped between steep terrain with no quick route around or over the terrain. The indoor part is too plane and could really have been left out, but you had so many player starts inside that it was hard to get outside before being fragged. The indoor texture theme was also a bit plane, however your brushwork and stuff shows promise so I look forward to your next map.
